Con has a broad property/commercial practice, focusing on contracts, business transactions and estate planning. Con has particular experience in structuring agreements and transactions from a risk management perspective and focuses on drafting joint venture, partnerships, shareholding documents that are written to achieve the client’s specific needs.
Con also supervises the majority of the conveyancing work at the firm as well as handling some of the larger "high-end" property development work, including the acquisition and sale of shopping centres, commercial buildings and strip retail shops.
Since 1999, he has been the lecturer in charge of estate planning in the Master of Laws course at QUT and regularly presents papers in Succession Law. Con oversees the firm’s wills and estate administration practice and estate litigation. |

Tony has practiced exclusively in the area of commercial and insurance litigation since 1990. He has extensive experience in contract, trade practices and negligence claims. He has also acted for major insurers both in Queensland and New South Wales and has had conduct of litigation in all Queensland and New South Wales jurisdictions and the High Court. He has extensive experience and expertise with regards to alternative dispute resolution.
Tony approaches litigation with the appropriate balance of legal knowledge and commercial practicality with a view to always seeking to obtain the best possible commercial result for the client.
